ENGINE BALANCER
All Triumph 3-cylinder models feature a primary balancer driven by gear from the crankshaft to run at engine speed.
All 2-cylinder models feature two primary balancers driven by gear from the crankshaft to run at engine speed.
The balancers work in conjunction with the crankshaft counterweights to cancel out vibrations caused by the reciprocating components (piston assembly and connecting rod).
