5th September 2009 - Isle of Wight ‘WightRAT run’

For the fifth year running the Isle of Wight R.A.T. Pack (WightRATs) will be hosting the WightRAT Run. This one day run will start from Brading Roman Villa on the east of the Island, gathering at 10am for an 11am departure for the morning run. Lunch at the Steamer Inn on the picturesque sea front in Shanklin will be followed by a further afternoon run. Ferries will be met at Fishbourne and Yarmouth for arriving pack-groups and returned again after the afternoon run

There are discounted WightLink ferries for this event, which will leave from either Portsmouth and travel to Fishbourne or Lymington to Yarmouth.

CONDITIONS

The special rate is subject to availability. Three-wheeled cars, e.g. Reliants are charged as ‘cars’. Three-wheeled Motorcycles and Combinations will be charged as Motorcycles.

BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Bookings can be made by contacting our Reservation Office on 0871 376 1000. The customer should mention at time of booking that they are attending the ‘WIGHT RAT RALLY’. A booking will be made and payment is required at time of booking.

For those who do not make a booking, payment will be required on day of travel and they must state to the ticket office that they are attending the ‘WIGHT RAT RALLY’. Space on the ferry will also be subject to availability.

I will arrange to make this offer available for travel 4-7 September incase some want to stay the weekend on the Island.

It is recommended that bookings are made in advance

In the past some packs have arranged to stay the weekend, especially as your ferry ticket is inclusive for this period.
