We at Triumph Motorcycles (America), Ltd. are dedicated to developing a lean, but focused network of dealers throughout North America. Our mission: Deliver a TOTAL BRAND EXPERIENCE to today’s customers as well as tomorrows’. Triumph currently has approximately 190 dealers serving North America. Our goal is to add dealers based on minimum sales opportunity and customer convenience, with a goal of 250 total dealers over the next five years. Our objective is to keep a relatively low number of high quality dealers. This will help us to maintain dealer profitability, while increasing the value of the Triumph brand. We are looking for dealers who value the Triumph brand as much as our enthusiasts. We will look at your potential dealership as a whole, not just by the lines of product that you carry. The most important thing for us is the focus on the Triumph brand and commitment to the existing and potential Triumph customer. What makes an ideal candidate? 1. A successful business track record in the motorcycle industry along with a high focus on customer satisfaction.
